Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sanor (https://app.sanor.ai) (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sanor routes your prompt through several third-party AI models, has them debate, and returns a synthesized answer. Outputs are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher).

3. Acceptable use

You will not:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
• attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts;
• generate content that is illegal, infringes IP, or targets a person for harassment;
• circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or any technical protection;
• resell or wrap the Service into a competing product without written permission.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and handles taxes. You may cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.

5. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of your prompts and any outputs you receive. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process them solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your prompts.

6. Third-party providers

Prompts are sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and DeepSeek for inference, and (when web search is enabled) to Tavily. Audio uploads are transcribed by OpenAI Whisper. By using the Service you acknowledge that those providers process your inputs under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal risk. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from Settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email and posted here. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of registration.
